To meet our client’s needs we estimate and execute a wide variety of projects ranging from a few days to several months. Many of our projects include custom solutions for our client’s problems which require custom statements of work. This wide range of projects creates a challenging project management process and demanding requirements for our project management tools and reporting.

The Project Management Office coordinates all estimates for new projects, management of ongoing projects and closing of completed projects. As a member of the Project Management Office, the Administrator plays a key role in ensuring that we follow business processes, project data is up to date and project statuses are accurately reflected in the management software. Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail are critical in this role.
• Assist in the distribution of new estimate requests and new projects
• Build project plans for standard deliverables as needed
• Ensure that weekly project and timesheet data is up to date
• Work with managers to identify project issues and the root cause
• Audit project data and build reports to ensure projects are up to date
• Identify problems with the setup of projects in the project management tools and assist in resolving the issue
• Maintain and distribute reports on department metrics such as utilization, on time delivery and on budget delivery
• Provide training and mentoring to colleagues on the use of tools and processes
Qualifications:
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Strong command of MS Office software
• Familiarity with project and financial reporting
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
